Hello Natasha, what do you think of hemp milk? Where I am, there is a brand called Living Harvest that produces great hemp milk. What’s your take on it, from a raw perspective? Is it healthy?
Hey Natasha! Can u talk about how u take care of your hair?
What do you think about raw fish and even steak tartar?
do you have a work out routine?
Amen. Amen and another Amen.. Thank you so much for this honest and open look at a serious topic that people fail to realize. I especially iike that you pointed out how people think they are eating healthy and helping but really are harming. I feel we all should be high raw, very opinionated on this subject but appreciate your approach and have a ton of respect for you and this video. Bravo, this is the first video I have seen of your – should check out more! Great message. God bless you!
I just wanted to comment on this one. Hemp is one of the most complete foods. I recommend eating it in it’s shelled seed state and not budying premade hemp milk as it’s losing nutrients due to processing. Hemp milk is not hard to make on your own – best to consume it that way. First choice is to use the hemp hearts/seeds though. Great plant source of EFAs, protein, fiber and many nutrients. It’s very easily digestible as well. Hemp it up!
Very interesting about soy..I believe everything you say Natasha! why!! lol but I’m not raw I just like you. Your pretty cool.
shut up ass kisser
OO! Raw sprouted almond milk is heavenly!! And SO easy to make at home.
Not ethical and not necessary.
I think it could be quite personal–whereas soy messed up your hormones, I am much more hormonally balanced now that I’ve added some soy milk to my diet and I feel sooo much better! However, I am careful–the only soy milk we consume is Eden doubly certified organic with no GMO. Tastes so much better too!
@MirandaLeeWong, Soya is bad! Google ” The Simple Soya Truth”.
actually i found that it costs less to get all veged out
i’m not completely raw or anything but i tend to go to that section in the store more often now.
um i know i can look this up but what is sprouting?
Care to share data on soy that was actually gathered from human test data, and not rats?
That website is flawed to the max.
@InvisiMan2006 Man, i don’t care what you eat and what you believe actually…
But after extend on-line personal research, i believe that is soy bad. That particular article was just first one that i picked…
I don’t eat soy, so I have no vested interest.
But for the people who do eat soy, they shouldn’t be misinformed by websites that use rodent data to make conclusions about soy’s effect on humans. It’s just not ethical.
@InvisiMan2006 Hmm not ethical?! Do you work for the soy industry?!
watch?v=RjZs0DGW1Jk
Like I said, I have no vested interest in the soy industry. I eat raw fruits and veggies.
People have the right to FACTS and come to their own conclusion. Giving the public false or irrelevant information only confuses them, and that is unethical.
Sorry, but I also want the truth about our food to be known.
Woohoo, utube just censored my provided info about Doctor Mercola. I resign.
thanks so much for the imfo i heard if you cook a grain like brown rice it turnes into sugar in 4 minites is that true gorgeous.
I am trying to make the transition, but it is hard. I have a very strict budget, but I want to be healhty, so what do I do with the food sh*t that is in my home? Our staple foods are milk, white bread, pasta, ketchup, coke, and margerine. My family and I are very unhealthy and I am having a hard time getting that stuff out of the house, what do I do when my husband eats and brings in unhealhty iteas such as coke?
