and guess were the majority of our oil comes from. Thats right CANADA. over 50 percent of our oil comes from canada with Mexico being our #2 Supplier sudi arabia doesn’t even make up 10% of the oil we import

Typically I would and do agree that drilling for oil in our country is a great idea, but nobody seems to remember 6-8 months ago when unleaded dropped below $2.00 a gallon that OPEC decreased the amount of reserve to increase the price of fuel. They stated this openly and publicly yet nobody seemed to notice. Their reasoning was to increase shareholder profits.
I still agree DRILL DRILL DRILL and let America profit.
America’s proven oil reserves consist of 21.3 billion barrels of oil. The US uses 20,800,000 barrels of oil each day. Our oil will last us about 3-4 years.
But America has vast natural gas deposits and more coal than any other nation on Earth. Mine for coal, pump natural gas and drill for oil.
Factor in the price system. When coal and oil become more scare and more expensive switch to cheaper more efficient forms of fuel. By then wind and solar technology will be improved and cheaper.
